Hairbes provides free shipping services for orders over $99 (exclude customs duties or remote places).
It takes 2 weeks for production after your payment has been processed, a tracking number will be provided to you by email after that.
We usually ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS with expedited shipping depending on your location; Shipping time is 3 - 5 business days.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders delivered to PO. Box, Military base（APO, FPO), US Territories (Guam, Northern Mariana Island) will be shipped by USPS. Shipping time is 7-14 business days.
Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. Hairbes is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office at your side for more information regarding custom policies.
Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the lost if you authorize the express company to leave your parcel in front of your door or in your courtyard.
Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.
We send tracking number by email within 24-48 hours after your order is shipped out.
What is item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.
